Founders and owners, Daren and Stacy Dozier literally grew up in the restaurant and retail industry. In the late 80s Stacy (Shelton) was a floor manager in a card and gift shop at a mall in west Houston Texas. Daren Dozier worked as a Restaurant and Bar Manager in the Houston area. They met while attending history class in college in 1989.

After hearing multiple complaints about the almost ridiculous minimum wage of 4.25 hr. Daren suggested that Stacy move to the Restaurant and Bar industry. She was a natural... Stacy took the steer by it's horns, and was doing record sales within her first months of working as a waitress at the iconic, Sam's Boat Richmond Ave. in Houston Texas. She was soon moved to bar manager where she worked for several more years.

In the early 90s Daren and Stacy moved to Colorado to take positions at Vail Resort, Daren as a Chef and Stacy as a Bar tender at the Trails End Restaurant under the gondola house.

To continue his culinary experience Daren and Stacy moved to Marblehead Massachusetts where he attended the Cambridge School of Culinary arts and Stacy worked again as a retail manager for a local gift shop. In the mid 90s they both returned to Breckenridge Colorado to pursue careers at the Hilton, Daren as a Chef and Stacy as F&B Director. Copper Mountain Resort would be their final destination as a Chef and F&B Director.

At this point they had held nearly every imaginable position in the back and front of house. They moved their (new family) now with daughter Kirsten, and soon to be son, Dylan to Denver to pursue positions.

Daren went to work for a distributor of Aloha Point of Sale, and Stacy found a position as a Manager for Hallmark Gifts in Park Meadows Mall (One of the highest grossing stores nation wide). They have worked together for decades as a team, and now have founded an IT and Restaurant consulting firm to ease the fear and pain of opening, remodelling or re-branding small businesses and restaurants.
